My stay began with a gracious welcome, as the manager offered complimentary breakfast on my first day, accommodating my early arrival. The highlight was undoubtedly the culinary innovation reflected in the hotel's breakfast spread. Fresh and diverse, it ranged from locally sourced produce to traditional dishes, providing an excellent start to each day. Enjoying this meal on the rooftop terrace, with panoramic views of the stunning Goreme landscapes, was a unique experience-a true testament to the hotel's commitment to enhancing the experience. I appreciated the attentive concierge service, which proved helpful in organizing local balloon rides and airport transport. The hotel's location is ideal; just a short stroll from the local bus station, it made exploring Cappadocia's valleys convenient. While my room was simple, it provided a comfortable refuge after a day of adventure. Though lacking air conditioning, the natural coolness of the cave setting kept the space pleasant. Sarihan Cave Hotel is a noteworthy choice for those looking for comfort, breathtaking views, and engaging dining experiences.
